To whom it may concern,

I recently called to inquire about a apartment at Hawk's Ridge. This call started by speaking to Summer. She was very informative and friendly. I then went to view the apartment. We met Lisa, She was just as friendly and made us feel like we belonged.

After talking to our nine year old son about the possibility of moving he was very upset to say the least. We decided to drive him by the apartments so he could see why we were so interested. When we did, we happened to see a lady coming out of the model apartment. I spoke to her and it happened to be Summer. She agreed to show the apartment again to my son. This helped him a lot, he now wants to live at Hawks Ridge.

I can not say enough about how good your staff (Hawk Ridge family) made us feel. The whole experience was positive. Sumrner went over and above what I believe her job is. She gave us a call after we had toured the apartment just to see if we had any further questions and to see what we thought. This is what did it for us. We decided we want to be a part of this community.
